I am David H. Coleman the Licensee in Charge of Extrity Services, a Chicago-based security agency providing security professionals and training to various Industries. I have been involved in security and de-escalation for 17 years; I have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration, a Pennsylvania Private Detective license, and a Tennessee and Illinois Private Security Contractor License. However, my most incredible tool in De-escalation comes from my Training as a Master Practioner of NLP, Hypno Therapy, and Emotional Release Therapy. Through my years of experience, I have learned that negotiation is always preferred over confrontation. We have some fantastic proven techniques to provide.

As a Husband, Father and Leader, I have to show the meaning of life through my actions. I grew up playing football, baseball, and wrestling, where I watched superior men speak high volumes through their actions. This very well made me the person I am today. I am Steven Lindsay, Director of operations and innovator for Extrity Services. I am a Master Practitioner of NLP a master liaison, and my motto is “bridge the gap.” Communication is critical for business as well as building relationships. I put an immense amount of time and energy into Hospitality and De-escalation. In the end, a legacy to continue on.

Being a wife, mother, and the oldest of 3 I found myself naturally taking lead in many life tasks. I take the greatest pleasure in helping others achieve their goals and reach new levels of success. HR Director was the role that found me in my journey to find those that already had their own power, they just needed the tools and guidance to unleash their full potential. I started as a security professional with Extrity Services. Often I was tasked with training the new professionals, then full teams, then the entire company of professionals. I am my best when teaching! I am the type of person that is always looking for more information. I graduated recently with my Master’s degree and went on to complete an integrative psychology certification in Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming using Mental and Emotional Release. Any subject that I can find that will help build my team is what I attack next. This has helped me be able to guide others in areas of communication strategies and de-escalation techniques. My name is Devon Lindsay and I am the HR Director here with Extrity Services.
