• Assist guests with questions or concerns related to the hotel.  This can be as simple as helping them find their rooms or telling about the amenities
• Corporations and travel agencies are more likely to partner with a hotel that prioritizes safety of guests.  Insurance companies may also offer incentives as well secured hotels are seen as less of a liability
